Monthly plans
Prices in Indian rupees, including GST. Paid plans are 30-day periods paid in advance with no automatic renewal: renew or change plan whenever you like. Purchases follow our terms and refund and cancellation policy.
Pay as you go
Buy credits when you need them, on any plan. Credit packs never expire.
How credits work
Each request to the design agent is charged by the work it actually does, so a quick change costs a few credits and a complete figure costs more. Your balance updates after every step and is always visible in the editor.
- Complete figure
- In our recorded sessions, the agent used about 150 credits to plan, build, label and check a full figure.
- Changes
- Asking for a change to an existing figure ("make the nucleus larger") usually takes a small fraction of that.
- Always free
- Templates, the icon library, drawing and editing by hand, saving figures and exporting PNG, TIFF, PDF and SVG.
- Order of use
- Credits from your monthly plan are used first, then credits from packs.
- Running out
- The agent pauses and asks you to add credits. Everything else keeps working.
Questions
Do I need a paid plan to use BioGein?
No. The free plan includes every template, icon and export format, plus welcome credits to try the design agent. Paid plans and credit packs add more agent credits.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Each plan period is a one-time payment for 30 days. Nothing renews by itself; you choose when to buy again.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Plans never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Unused plans and credit packs can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. Details are in the refund and cancellation policy.
What happens to unused credits?
Monthly plan credits are valid until the end of their 30-day period. Credits from packs never expire.
How can I pay?
Through a secure checkout with UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets. Payments are processed by our payment partner; BioGein never sees your card details.
Can I get an invoice for my institution?
Yes. Every payment appears on your Plans and credits page. For a GST invoice or purchase-order payment, contact us.
